We offer a range of independent living apartment homes, from cozy studios to spacious two-bedroom residences with an enclosed balcony. Many feature bright, open floor plans, modern kitchens and bathrooms, and washer and dryer. No matter which floor plan you choose, you’ll never have to worry about getting the roof repaired, replacing the furnace, or climbing a ladder to replace a ceiling light. All maintenance — along with weekly housekeeping, daily meals and helpful staff members available 24/7 — is included. You make the most of life and leave the chores to us.
Rental or Entrance Fee. Your Choice.
We understand not everyone’s financial situation is identical. That’s why we offer a choice of contracts to fit different needs.
Monthly Rental Option
With this option, you pay a monthly rental fee based on the size of your apartment and number of people living there. (A second person pays a significantly lower monthly fee.) All services and amenities are included in your monthly fee. There’s no entrance fee with this type of contract.
Entrance Fee Option
With this option, you pay a one-time, upfront entrance fee plus a monthly rental fee. The entrance fee allows for reduced monthly rent and entitles you to priority access to services within Redeemer Health. When you leave your independent living apartment, at least 50% of your entrance fee will be refunded.
