Our wellness program, what we call the Eight Dimensions of Wellness, work together to lead you towards a happier and healthier life.

The options on our calendar are vast, there is something for everyone here. Our fitness programming is full of classes servicing a variety of exercise methods and experience levels. We have chair exercise, chair yoga, morning workouts, Tai Chi, and numerous video classes that air on our community television channel. On top of that, we have a fitness center that you are free to use at your own pace.
